We’ll handle the setup for you - just provide your Google Business Profile link and we’ll program the card before delivery.

Prefer to do it yourself? We’ll also provide easy step-by-step instructions. Either way, setup only takes a few minutes. 

  • The card uses NFC (Near Field Communication) and QR code technology. Customers can either:
  • Tap the card with their smartphone (NFC-enabled), or
  • Scan the printed QR code with their camera.
  • To leave a review, the customer will need to be logged into their Google account (in most cases they already are - over 95% of users). Once logged in, the review page opens instantly.

Our Review Card is crafted from high-quality, durable PVC with a sleek Midnight Blue finish. It’s designed to last through daily handling, ensuring your customers can easily scan or tap it anytime. 

Each card is the size of a standard credit card: 85.6mm × 54mm × 0.8mm and weighs approx. 5g. Compact enough for wallets, counters, or delivery bags.

  • Returns: If your card arrives damaged or not working, contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.

About Simsio

Simsio is an Australian sole trader business based in Melbourne. We provide NFC and QR-enabled cards designed to help businesses collect customer reviews.

Use of Our Products

Our products simply direct customers to a publicly accessible review link.
You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with Australian Consumer Law and Google’s review policies.
Simsio does not guarantee the quantity or rating of reviews received.

Orders & Online Payments

Online orders are processed securely through Stripe.
We do not store any card details - all payments are handled by Stripe’s secure checkout system.

In-Person Purchases

An invoice or receipt will be provided for all purchases.

Shipping

Melbourne Metro delivery is available.
Australia-wide shipping via Australia Post will be available soon.
Shipping details will be updated on this page when launched.

Returns & Refunds

If your product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are entitled to a replacement or refund under Australian Consumer Law.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

Liability

Simsio is not responsible for misuse of the product, non-compliance with platform policies, or any indirect or consequential losses.

3. Refund & Returns Policy

Simsio fully complies with the Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item with a photo and proof of purchase.

Change of Mind

We do not offer change-of-mind returns.

4. Shipping Policy

Current Availability

We currently offer:
Melbourne Metro in-person delivery or pickup (arranged case-by-case)
Australia-wide Shipping (Coming Soon)

When launched, orders will be shipped via Australia Post Standard.
Shipping rates and delivery times will be updated here.

Dispatch Times

Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once shipped, delivery is handled by Australia Post.

If your parcel is lost or delayed, we will assist by lodging an enquiry where possible.

Simsio operates as a Melbourne-based sole trader business. Our team works remotely within Melbourne, and we do not maintain a public storefront.

Our NFC/QR cards simply make it easier for customers to access your public Google review link. Simsio is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google LLC, and all trademarks belong to their respective owners.

We do not guarantee a specific number of reviews or outcomes, as results depend on customer engagement and how you use the product.
